I couldn’t have asked to play for a more professional, talented, generous and fair organization than Joan, her manager, Kenny Laguna, and the staff of their label, Blackheart Records. Her longevity substantiates her artistry and her penchant for kick-ass Rock ‘n’ Roll. Our sold out 5-night run on Broadway, the “off the beaten path” tours with Robert Plant in the Far East are forever etched in my memory.

Thanks for a rockin’, fun time — Joan, Kenny and Meryl — I value our lasting friendship to this very day. Congratulations on your induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It is well deserved.
